NUSSP has been providing health services at the doorsteps of the women and children in the rural areas of Banke district. For the paid as well as complimentary health services, it has retained the services of 2 Medical Officers, 2 Health Assistants and 1 Lab Technician.
Health Awareness Raising Programs.
NUSSP has been conducting health awareness raising programs targeting women, children and senior citizen in various localities including blood-pressure check-up, delivering the message that prevention is better than cure.
Free Medical Health Check-up Camps
NUSSP has been organizing free medical health checkup camps regularly in various localities especially for rural women. Some of its camps are undertaken joining hands with other like-minded institutions. Recently, it organized a free health check-up camp in Kohalpur-11, Banke with support from Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Ltd, Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
